These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ck441 platform and all its services. By creating an account on ck441 or using its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Requirements

  • Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.

  • Use only one payment method registered in your name, and ensure it belongs to you personally.
  • After creating an account, you must complete the email or mobile verification process.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck441 may request a copy of your national identity card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification (KYC) purposes when required. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your ck441 account. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact us immediately.

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
  • Always log out at the end of each session after logging in.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following payment methods may be used for transactions on ck441:

  • Nagad — the digital payment service of the postal department
  • Rocket — the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
  • Upay — another trusted mobile payment service

4.2 Deposit Rules

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods).

You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account is fully verified and that the wagering requirements for any active bonus have been met. Once a withdrawal request is approved, payment is sent within a maximum of 10–45 minutes.

  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed.
  • In cases of suspicious transactions, ck441 may hold withdrawals until an investigation is completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ck441 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, your bonus will be ৳2,000 — total balance ৳3,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
  • If you make a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • If ck441 identifies any suspected misuse of the bonus system, it may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ck441 are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all information before placing a bet.

  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ck441 reserves the right to cancel those bets.
  • If betting closes before an event begins, those bets will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
  • ck441's decision is final in determining the outcome of any match or event.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Details on market selection, bet types, and rules for specific events are provided on the platform. Not all markets may be available at all times.

6.3 Casino Games

Live casino, slots, and table games are available at ck441 Casino. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game loads. Where there is a conflict between the game provider's rules and the casino's rules, the provider's rules will apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck441. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all funds may be confiscated:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
  • Participating in match-fixing or manipulation of outcomes.
  • Attempting to hack, use malware, or exploit any other technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
  • Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity documents.
  • Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner towards customer service staff.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or game bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
If suspicious activity is detected, ck441 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

11. Service Termination & Account Suspension

11.1 Closure by ck441

ck441 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Detection of prohibited conduct (Section 7).
  • Proven registration using false information.

11.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closing, all active bets should be settled and any remaining balance should be withdrawn. Send your account closure request to [email protected].
